The team time trial was tough with all the hill climbing, but since we were finishing where we started, we did get to do a lot of down hill work too. We lost our only rider on the first climb and almost lost Chris Bean on the second climb. The balance of the race included a really fast descent with corners, a rollers, and a flat finish. I'd like to thank Larry for pitching in at just the right time near the end when I was tiring. That allowed me just enough time to recover and then max out the finish. Good race, team! |

Almost only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades made it to the steepest parts of Firetower rd before getting dropped and never made it back on, nearly met mr. guardrail making the hard left to go back down the big hill. Never caught the guys so went back to town. Tomorrow scares me I'm obviously not climbing well. |
